Section 53
Penalty for overcharge of admission fee, service fee and promotion expenses
: If a licensee charges a fee or charges more than the prescribed fee or expenses for receiving a free admission, the Department shall order the concerned person to return the fee or expenses to the concerned person. One lakh rupees will be fined.
